payments and policies
All payments must be made prior to training beginning. The month must be paid in full. Packages are non-refundable.

For virtual training: All training packages regardless of length chosen, are based on start and end date. This is standard industry practice.
Example: if you purchased 4 months and started on January 1st, then your package ends April 30th. If you skip a week or more, that’s on you. That’s part of the accountability. You don’t get more time just because you decided not to show up. The workouts and coaching were provided and available. So, make the most of your time and workouts. If you miss one, you can always go back and make it up.
I am here to support you, answer questions, help navigate obstacles and help create a plan that works for you and your goals and make adjustments when needed. I will check-in on you (a lot), modify your plan when needed and cheer you on! But I will not chase you. If you are unresponsive or ghost after numerous reach outs and accommodations, I will not hunt you down. I am not a babysitter. We are a team working towards your goals. You have to do your part too.
When you begin, I will message you with your specific start and end date so you can mark your calendar.
If there is an extenuating circumstance (Like prolonged illness or a loss) we can discuss if pausing and resuming is an option. “I didn’t feel like it” and all the sudden “I don’t have time” are not valid excuses.
